I get it—because I’ve been there too.

For years, I lived in overdrive, hustling as if my worth depended on it (spoiler: it doesn’t). I thought if I could just achieve one more thing, I’d finally feel enough. I was always busy, avoiding stillness like it was the enemy, and constantly asking myself (and overthinking), Will I ever feel truly in alignment with my life?

Everything began to shift when I went back to school in my late twenties to become a psychologist. That chapter of my life, paired with my yoga teacher training, taught me how to understand myself from the inside out. Dr. Kelly Vincent is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PSY30672) and is the founder of Nourished Wellness Group, a holistic mental health practice in Encinitas, California, and Movement Therapy Spaces, a co-working hub for wellness professionals. She holds a Master’s and Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology. Committed to integrating the mind and body in therapeutic care for the past 10+ years, Dr. Vincent utilizes a variety of approaches, including EMDR, yoga therapy, walk-and-talk therapy, somatic experiencing, and nervous system education.
